Research & Data Notice

Mike Trace Early Access is a research program.

Information generated through your use of Mike Trace — including investigation activity, diagnostic evidence, technical metadata, agent interactions, errors, and product usage information — may be analyzed to evaluate, develop, test, secure, and improve Mike Trace.

Mike Trace does not intentionally request or require passwords, API keys, access tokens, private keys, payment information, or other secrets for research purposes. Participants should not intentionally submit secrets or credentials. Diagnostic evidence can still contain sensitive information, so review what you share in a case.

Participation does not make one customer’s investigation data available to other Mike Trace customers.

Additional information regarding data handling, retention, confidentiality, and research use will be provided during enrollment.
